I reserve the right to decline any commission without question

Please keep in mind that if you don't receive an answer to your request in a few days, it means I declined it.

Commissions are for client's personal use only, the illustration cannot be used for commercial use or for profit

If the client wishes to use my work commercially, it can be negotiated at an extra cost

Credit must be given if you decide to upload the artwork somewhere.

Do not tamper modify or edit without my permission

Do not copy or trace my work

Do not claim my work as your own

Do not use my work with any sort of AI generation tools or programs

Do not use my work in any NFT related projects

I reserve the right to share or post my work and works in progress on social media/livestream

I may use the illustration in the future for promotion or for profit if it is of a character the commissioner does not own

I will choose which commission I will work on once all slots are filled, not a first come first served basis

1 commission at a time per client

You will receive the completed illustration as a png file sent by email

If you need your commission to be finished before a certain deadline, you can pay an extra 50% of the original price to have priority

NSFW content is NOT for minors, you must agree to being of legal age for me to draw it

Payment accepted through PayPal only and in USD, I will send you my invoice

Full payment will be done up front before I start drawing

Commissions are to be paid within 7 days after receiving an invoice

There may be extra payment required at the end if several revisions are asked for by the client (details below)

There are generally no refunds, however I will give a refund if I am unable to complete the commission

Prices are subject to change between commissions, all prices are ‘as listed’ when you commission me

Turnaround time will be 1 week to 1 month and depending on the commission and my other workload

Please take into consideration that I will most likely be working on other commissions as well during this time

When the commission is accepted and paid for, I will start a rough sketch and e-mail it to you for approval when it is completed

During the Sketch phase, if there are any major desired revisions needed, I only allow two instances; otherwise it will cost additional for future revisions

If you do not reply to my email within 7 days I will consider the commission as cancelled, I will email you multiple times before then

After the sketch is approved I will work to complete the illustration. I will not be able to make any more major revisions at this point

When the illustration is complete I will email it to you. I will only do two instances of minor revisions at this point such as colour tone and details, after that there will be an additional cost for more

If you would like a specific image resolution or aspect ratio let me know before I start

If anything comes up on my end that will make the commission take extra time I will inform you via email

If the client does not comply with the Terms of Serivce the commission will be cancelled without a refund
